The Iroquois Library will be hosting a Bilingual Café for English and Spanish speakers Saturdays at 3 pm, in March and April at Iroquois Library, 601 W. Woodlawn Ave. People able to maintain a very basic conversation in either language will be welcome to participate. Students will speak a half hour in Spanish and a half hour in English. This empowering session will help both participants as they learn the most important aspect of a different language—conversational communication. The goal is to share language skills and culture in a casual setting. Props and materials will be on hand to provide conversation topics. For more information, please contact Sophie at email@example.com or 574-1701.
