LOUISVILLE, KY—The Legal Aid Society announces dates for free legal clinics offered during the months of January, February, and March of 2014. Please note some clinics require a reservation in advance. See the RSVP line for each event for reservation information.

WHAT: FORECLOSURE CLINIC
WHEN: Thursday, January 2, at 4:00 PM
WHERE: Legal Aid Society office (416 W. Muhammad Ali Blvd.)
PURPOSE: Attorneys will be on hand to answer questions about foreclosures and provide advice on alternatives to foreclosure.

PURPOSE: A Legal Aid advocate will be available for individual consultation about civil legal problems and how to apply for Legal Aid services.

WHAT: SMALL CLAIMS CLINIC
WHEN: Wednesday, January 15, at 2:00 PM

PURPOSE: Clients are provided with the forms necessary to file a claim, and an attorney will review completed claims.

WHERE: Louisville Free Public Library Main Branch (301 York St.), South Wing, 2nd Floor
PURPOSE: An attorney will be on hand to discuss the expungement process and which charges can be expunged. Attendees are encouraged to bring a copy of their criminal record which shows the disposition of each case. A copy of the record may be obtained from Court Archives located in the basement of the Old Jail Building at 514 West Liberty Street in Louisville.
