Alison Lundergan Grimes, Kentucky’s Secretary of State and Chief Business Officer, is warning Kentucky businesses about a confusing, official-looking “2013 Annual Minutes Form” they may receive from an entity called Corporate Records Service. The form instructs recipients to provide information regarding all shareholders, corporate directors and officers and pay a $125.00 fee. Click the link above for more information.

IABA calls for Scholarship Applicants

If you know a senior in high school who either lives in the IABA service area or who attends DeSales or Iroquois High School, please refer them to the iaba-louisville.org webpage to complete an application for our annual scholarship.  The selected senior will receive $500 towards their first year of college.
