We are trying out a new online registration system for these classes.

Please try it:

If it’s a hassle or doesn’t work for you, please just show up to the first class. Pre-registration helps us make sure we don’t keep promoting classes after they are full. Please pass this message along to interested family members and friends. We have plenty of room for more participants. To check out other class dates and locations, or to learn about our 1- session short courses, see:

If you have any questions, please contact us at or 582-1814.
These FREE classes are made possible by funding from the Bike Louisville program of Louisville Metro government.

Councilman Johnson provides Gazebo area help

Councilman Dan Johnson

Councilman Dan Johnson

BNA has a project to renew the landscaping and fix and replace the benches at the gazebo. The benches are approved by the Olmsted conservancy, as are the new plantings. This work will cost approximately $6,000. Councilman Dan Johnson has promised to provide us with half of this money. We will be seeking a Brightside grant to help with the other half of the needed cash. This will refurbish this area which is the center of our neighborhood and the location for many of our festivals and events. Thanks Dan !

BNA March Board Meeting

This months board meeting was held at Iroquois High School at the same time as the Mayor’s Community Conversation. This was a great place for a meeting as all of the city departments were there.  Thanks to Kevin Oechsli for taking the pictures.
